Our Executive Team

Kimberly Anderson-Matich has surrounded herself with experienced and talented people with decades of experience in the security field. College seminars in security technology, industrial security training, and her involvement in ASIS International, formerly known as the American Society for Industrial Security, have enhanced her success as well as her talent in public relations.

She has served on the Board of Directors of Silent Witness and Goodwill Industries; she is a past Secretary and Treasurer of the Phoenix Chapter of ASIS and serves on the ASIS National Security Services Council. Ms. Matich has been selected as the ASIS Phoenix Chapter’s Security Professional of the Year, she has won a Community Service Award from the North Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and she was selected by AZ Business Magazine as one of the Most Influential Women of 2016. Her most recent awards are the Patriots Shield Award and the WBE Supplier of the Year – Class 3. She is currently serving on the Executive Committee for the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau.

Rick is a retired CPA and former Regional Managing Partner of CliftonLarsonAllen (formerly Clifton Gunderson). Rick Graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in Accountancy. Rick has earned several accommodations over his career including Partner of the Year, Arizona CPA Society Lifetime Achievement Award, and Executive of the Year from the Executive Association of Greater Phoenix. Rick is currently the Treasurer of Pinnacle Peak Country Club and Treviso Homeowners Association. Rick also serves on the Ronald McDonald House Board and is the Chair of the Audit Committee.

Bonnie brings over 30 years of accounting knowledge and experience to Anderson Security. Bonnie began her career in security in 1984 when she worked for Mr. Howard Anderson, Sr. at Continental Security Guards in the Valley. Bonnie oversees the accounting staff that has given Anderson a leading edge from the financial standpoint. Bonnie works closely with our operation and sales staff insuring our current and potential clients are receiving the best cost cutting advantages we can offer while maintaining the superior customer service our clients have come to expect. Bonnie is involved in the day-to-day operations and works closely with Mrs. Matich to ensure the company celebrates continued financial stability and growth.

Sheri Carter works closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategies for all aspects of the company. She is an integral part of improving Anderson’s effectiveness through service delivery, succession planning and managing various functions to ensure quality service to our clients. Sheri is involved in other areas including Human Resources, Operations, Sales and Accounting to help manage the retention of employees and clients. Sheri also manages the renewal processes of all insurance policies, ensuring Anderson Security Agency remains in compliance with all requirements of our clients.

Sheri has been a member of The Arizona Private Security Professional’s Association since its founding in 2003. She is also a member of ASIS International at both the national and local level for which she has held the position of Secretary. Her involvement in ASIS International gives her the opportunity to receive ongoing education specific to the security industry. She brings these experiences back to Anderson to keep our agency at the highest level of security providers.

Sheri has been with Anderson Security Agency since 1998 and has been instrumental in the growth and success of our organization. Sheri received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Arizona State University in 1992. Sheri is committed to keeping Anderson Security one the most highly respected companies in our state.

Scott joined the Anderson staff in 2012 bringing eleven years of private security experience on top of 23 years of service with the United States Marine Corps. Retiring at the rank of Sergeant Major, Scott has an extensive background in embassy security around the world. Since retiring, Scott has held positions as Recruiter, Director of Operations, Director of Security, Branch Manager, Vice President of Operations/Business Development, General Manager and now as the Director of Security. He has created and assisted in the development, administration, and implementation of new and innovative security programs in both the military and private sectors.

Scott’s leadership, experience, and hands-on approach help to streamline operational proficiencies and build strong client relationships. Scott’s past includes working with media outlets; medical, industrial, resort and financial facilities; professional sports venues; government, city, and state contracts; as well as managing the largest and most specialized HOA portfolio in the Rocky Mountain Region. Scott is an active member of ASIS and the Marine Corps League.
